Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO) will host their Annual Luncheon on Thursday, February 14, from 11am-1:30pm at Riverhouse on the Deschutes. Tickets and tables of ten are available via Eventbrite here.

EDCO’s Annual Luncheon is a tradition providing the Central Oregon business community an opportunity to hear nationally recognized business leaders discuss current and future economic trends and business best practices.

Keynote Speaker
Pablos Holman
Hacker, Inventor, Entrepreneur, Futurist

Pablos Holman implements science fiction. His vast experience gives him a unique view into breaking and building new technologies. He consults worldwide on invention and design projects that assimilate new technologies – making wild ideas a bit more practical and vice versa. He helped create the world’s smallest PC, 3D printers at Makerbot, spaceships with Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, artificial intelligence agent systems, and the Hackerbot, a Wi-Fi seeking robot.

With over 20 million viewers on his TED Talk channel, Pablos is a highly desired keynote speaker. Recently, he has spoken at Stanford, the United Nations, the World Economic Forum at Davos, the Microsoft CEO Summit — invited by Bill Gates, the CIA, Google Zeitgeist, The Milken Global Conference and many of the world’s top tech companies and conferences.

Pablos will show that technology and disruption don’t have to be scary. Could your industry have an Uber or Lyft hiding in the wings, ready to make your version of the taxi obsolete? He will help demystify these new technologies, making implementation of new processes more attainable. Reimagine your business with this new tool kit that technology provides.

Tables and tickets can be purchased online here. Table Sponsors receive ten luncheon tickets plus recognition prior to and during the event.
