Fireside Red will reopen February 10. Beautiful new art, an upbeat ambiance and a warm refreshed atmosphere will greet customers looking for a reasonably priced menu, a revamped wine list and a strong selection of beer and cocktails.
According to owners Michael “MJ” Jasilewicz, Jr. and Peter Keenan, Executive Chef Ryan Barnett honed down the seasonal tapas (small plates) menu, as well as the traditional larger plates, emphasizing “globally inspired flavors” for both new menu items and past favorites.
