Optima Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for post-acute care providers, announced the acquisition of Vantage Clinical Solutions, Inc., a company that specializes in revenue cycle management (RCM) and digital marketing services for physical therapy practices. The transaction will allow Optima to expand its post-acute care solutions to meet the growing demand for outsourced business services used to operate outpatient therapy clinics.
