Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) announce the third year partnership with AmeriTitle for the AmeriTitle Chef’s o
n Tour. The winner for Best Chef was awarded to Broken Top Bottle Shop’s new Chef Matthew Cobb for his Sushi Salmon with Seared Ahi Salad. The winner for the “Best Kitchen” is awarded to DC Graham Construction for his beautiful kitchen.
“Working with AmeriTitle on this marquee event is always a pleasure and the community has thoroughly embraced the event making it a huge success for all who took part in attending & exhibiting,” said Tim Knopp, executive vice president of COBA.
This year’s AmeriTitle Chef’s on Tour hosted 8 local Chefs and 8 Central Oregon Builders Homes. During the AmeriTitle Chef’s on Tour, those that attended had the opportunity to meet the Builder of each home in a relaxed environment and gave them the opportunity to see firsthand how the home performed in a large group setting in addition to touring the entire home in an exclusive pre-tour event. The attendee’s also got to taste the premier cuisine prepared by the local Chef as well as taste the local craft beer that was paired with each dish.
After touring all 8 homes & tasting all 8 cuisines the attendee’s voted on their choice for “Best Chef” & “Best Kitchen”. Central Oregon Builders Association is proud to announce the winners. The winner for “Best Chef” was awarded to Broken Top Bottle Shop’s new Chef Matthew Cobb for his Sushi Salmon with Seared Ahi Salad. The winner for the “Best Kitchen” is awarded to DC Graham Construction for his beautiful kitchen. His home is on the Tour of HomesTM and can be visited this weekend starting Friday from 12:00pm – 6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 10:00am – 6:00pm.
