In today’s extremely competitive business environment, standing out among your peers takes dedication, vision, talent, drive and the ability to bring forth not only the best in yourself, but in others as well. These are the building blocks of leadership and to be recognized with this award illustrates that they possess these qualities in abundance.

We see the importance of the impact that these young professionals have in our community – and their contribution to the economic future of the region. We think it is important for you to meet these business and community leaders who are building impressive careers while making a commitment to help their communities grow and prosper for future generations to enjoy.

Their professional accomplishments are impressive and varied, clearly they are not sitting on their laurels and letting the world go by. They range from credit analyst, banking officer, investment advisor, attorney, development manager, commercial real estate broker, accountant, principal, convention sales director and social media specialist.

They have created their own engineering firm, insurance company, fitness center, design & development firm and social media company.

They work in development departments and as directors at nonprofit organizations and for Medicaid programs at healthcare organizations.

Their civic, industry and community involvement is making Central Oregon a special place to live long into the future. One perfect comment: “Community Involvement and relationship building enriches lives and gives the foundation for building sound principles in life and integrity in business. Committed to family is the back bone to being the best you can be in every aspect of living your best life.”

Asked about their business leadership philosophy they talk about teamwork as the cornerstone for success, putting clients first, leading by example and collaborating with others while inspiring courage and challenging the status quo in order to help an organization move forward.

They recommend that you surround yourself with excellent people and empower them to make decisions, create a clear plan, execute and set quantitative goals, communicate clearly and optimistically and handle conflict with grace.

And finally do the right thing, work hard, play hard and be awesome!
