“We have steady year-round requests from our loyal customers wanting more ice cream flavors in our popular “Easy Scoop” cartons,” said Mark Eberhard, general manager and co-owner of Eberhard’s Dairy. Chocolate Peanut Butter and Salted Caramel are available April 16 as Eberhard’s has completed its first full production run of both flavors.

“Salted Caramel has been the most requested flavor by customers and we expect both ice creams to be instant favorites,” says Eberhard.

From its production and distribution plant in Redmond, Eberhard’s Dairy and its fleet of trucks deliver ice cream, fluid dairy and cultured to the greater Central Oregon area.

Eberhard’s utilizes warehouses in Washington to meet increasing corporate business in which copacking and branded items alike are produced at the local dairy and are sold in Washington, Oregon and Northern California.

“In the month of March, we produced more ice cream than any other month in the history of Eberhard’s and adding the new flavors means April is going to be another high volume month,” says Eberhard.

Eberhard’s Dairy was started by Jack and Nelda Eberhard in 1951. Today, over 50 people strong and operated by 2nd generation, Bob Eberhard, and 3rd generation, Mark Eberhard, Eberhard’s is a full service dairy processor manufacturing fluid milk, cultured products and ice cream.
