Keynote Speaker: Mike Shirtcliff, President & CEO of Advantage Dental
R. Mike Shirtcliff, DMD, is President and CEO of The Advantage Community, a dentist-owned, dental services company headquartered in Redmond, Oregon. Advantage’s mission is to help lead oral health initiatives and provide access to adequate dental care in the communities it serves in a professional, sustainable and entrepreneurial manner.
Dr. Shirtcliff received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree at the University of Oregon Dental School. He also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corp and had a rotating dental internship at Martin Army Hospital at Ft. Benning, Georgia. He practiced general dentistry in Myrtle Creek and Roseburg, Oregon for more than 20 years before helping found Advantage Dental in 1994.
Dr. Shirtcliff currently serves as Chair of the Oregon Health Plan Medical Directors Workgroup and is a current member of the Governor’s Medicaid Advisory Committee. He also served on the Enrollment and Delivery System Subcommittees of the Oregon Health Fund Board.
Early Stage Presenter: Michael Marshall, UCentric Credit Solutions
Ucentric Credit Solutions is in the business of acquiring consumer debt at an extreme discount and using unique customer centric approaches in efforts of recovering that debt. With a background in sales and customer service in his sixty agent call center, owner Michael Marshall is bringing consumers that have fallen behind back to feeling like a valued customer again. Ucentric is changing the collection industry from the inside out and will lead the industry in customer satisfaction.
Michael is seeking an initial investment of $150,000 in order to acquire approximately $2 million in fresh charge off credit card debt and national licensing requirements. He is also seeking experts in financials and business operations.

Founder/CEO Brett Mills is a serial entrepreneur and inventor and RES Equine Products. Brett grew up on a cattle ranch and around horses most of his life. He is a team and calf roper with daughters that compete as barrel racers. Brett owned his own retail tack store for several years and has many contacts in the industry. His patent pending sport boot is a win win for all equine competitors.
Brett will present this innovative horse protective product and local investment opportunity. He is looking for growth capital and is offering investment opportunities to people with strong vertical experience in this surprisingly substantial industry.
