Property Management Tune-Up

If you’re a landlord or property manager, you know what it’s like to have a tenant do something that totally catches you “off guard.” You know it’s not right, but you don’t know quite how to handle it! What are your rights, what notice do you use, do you need an attorney? Our October 25 class will discuss rental problems that regularly trip-up owners, and offer practical solutions for how to deal with them.

Sponsored by Central Oregon Rental Owners Assoc., the class will be on Tuesday, October 25, 5:30–8pm at the COAR building, 2112 NE Fourth St., Bend, and includes a light supper. Real estate licensees will receive continuing ed credit for this class.

COROA is a non-profit organization devoted to helping landlords know the law, get the best tenants possible, and maximize their rental investments. COROA has approx. 450 members.

The cost is $10 for COROA members, $15 for non-members if registered by Oct. 21, or $5 more if paid at the door. If you have other questions or would like more info, please call Becky Ozrelic at 541-693-2020 or email me at beckyo@beckyo.com
