Feast for the Community to Benefit NeighborImpact

0

‘Tis the season for eating and giving! On November 20 at Hollinshead Barn, some of Bend’s finest chefs will give you the opportunity to do both.

Rockin’ Dave’s Feast for the Community will provide a place for members of Central Oregon to make an impact with their neighbors. Attendees will dine on delicious dishes prepared by Dave Flier from Rockin’ Dave’s Bagel Bistro and his friends from Trattoria Spindotti’s, Zydeco, Brother Johns, Jewelz, Astro Lounge Deschutes Brewery, Level2, and Silver Moon Brewery among others. Music will be provided by Bare Roots.

“Our amazing community has supported me in many different ways. I want to give back and think this is an awesome way to do it,” comments Dave Flier, owner of Rockin’ Dave’s Bagel Bistro. “We are also including my favorite local chef friends who feel the same way about Central Oregon as I do. I am excited to host this event to benefit one of the most important charities in our community, at a place that was donated to our community for events such as these.”

Tickets for this feast are only $28 and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to benefit Central Oregon’s largest nonprofit, NeighborImpact. Donations of non-perishable food, clothing, blankets, hats, gloves, tents, and pet food are encouraged and will be accepted. All the items donated will then be distributed throughout NeighborImpact’s 40 partner agencies in all three counties.

Seatings will be held every half hour starting at 5pm and ending at 7:30 pm to accommodate as many attendees as possible. A cash bar is also available. Tickets are available at Rockin’ Dave’s Bagel Bistro, Trattoria Spindotti’s, Zydeco, Brother Johns, Jewelz, Astro Lounge and Level2 or by calling 541-318-8177.
