Oregon Dentists Receive Incentive Payments

0

Currently 14 Oregon dentists have already joined and have received their incentive payments totaling $297,500; through the Federal/State Grant an incentive program. The dentists received their initial payment of $21,250, using ADIN technology.

This certified electronic health record system, called ADIN (Advanced Dental Information Network), is in the for-front of the new electronic health record movement. The primary goal of ADIN is to connect practice management systems that providers and their staff are already familiar with, to create a seamless exchange of information between all three areas of health care.

The program that ADIN, a non-profit headquartered in Redmond, has developed will allow providers to connect physical, behavioral and oral health records electronically. This will help oral health providers to fully integrate the information from all three areas of a patient’s health; with instant access to important information about their medications and other health concerns, using a certified electronic health record system.

ADIN can be implemented with minimal impact on the practice. It is cloud based technology that can be run on most computer systems—so there is no need for expensive system upgrades. ADIN is currently offering help for practices—providing technical and advisory support.

Please call 866-268-9616 for additional information about qualifying for the incentive or joining ADIN at your practice.
