Peer Coaching and Wisdom from Those Who Know
Moe Carrick and Jim Morris believe Peer-to-Peer Learning as a vehicle for professional development is as good as it gets. That’s why in March, they are starting two new peer groups – one for women business owners/CEOs and another for HR Directors and Managers in charge of preserving their company’s greatest asset.
Moementum is accepting and screening applications now so they can build cohesive, diverse and productive groups that will generate learning and inspire growth.
Moementum will provide expert facilitation, tools and cutting edge content, the participants will provide the rest.
Expertly facilitated cohort learning provides a virtual board of advisors seeking to take their business to the next level who face similar challenges in similar roles. Together, the group shares best practices, discusses solutions and strategies for work and learns new approaches and models to be more effective leaders.
