BACKGROUND: The United Way of Deschutes County matched over 800 volunteers from local businesses with 50 projects in Deschutes County. Volunteer teams from area businesses and individual volunteers not only see the needs of the community through working with service agencies, but they also play a part in meeting the agencies’ needs. Days of Caring provides an opportunity for individuals to share their talents and give back to the community at the same time. The 16th Annual Days of Caring is sponsored by SELCO Community Credit Union.

Note: If you plan on visiting a project and would like to speak to a United Way Staff Member, please contact Sara Rishforth at 907-230-5300.
