Deschutes County Players Win More Than $236,000 In Prizes In May

Vic’s Bar & Grill in La Pine had a $20,545.20 Keno winner on May 17. They should be used to big winners, after selling a winning $99,172.30 Special Keno ticket just 35 days earlier.

Daniel Parker of La Pine is the most recent winner. Parker played his eight-spot Keno ticket for five consecutive games at Vic’s on May 16. In the second game on his ticket, Parker matched all eight numbers for a $15,000 prize. He also won the $5,545.20 eight-spot Keno Rolling Jackpot Bonus, giving him a total Keno prize of $20,545.20.

In April, Dana Stone of Sunriver had claimed the $99,172.30 Keno prize. Stone’s prize, which consisted of $25,000 for matching all of her numbers on an eight-spot Special Keno ticket, plus a $74,172.30 eight-spot Rolling Jackpot Bonus, is the 12th largest Keno Rolling Jackpot Bonus prize ever won.

Overall, Deschutes County players won more than $236,000 in prizes of more than $600 in May. Winners included: Florinda Hampton of Bend, $50,000 Win for Life; Jeffrey Flores, a West Linn resident, who purchased his $11,000 “Snake Eyes” Scratch-it in Bend; Matthew Geiss of Redmond, $10,000 Platinum Spin Series Video Lottery; Leslie Smith of Redmond, $10,000 Platinum Spin Series Video Lottery; William Moyer of Sisters, $3,000 Platinum Spin Series Video Lottery; James Reeve of Redmond, $2,293 Megabucks and Karrol Vineyard of Bend, $3,000 Special Keno.
