On Wednesday July 18 at 4:00 p.m. at Redmond City Hall (716 SW Evergreen Avenue), Conference Room A, the City will be hosting a workshop to discuss the future of a 78-acre area surrounding the St. Charles Redmond Medical Center.
The Redmond Urban Renewal Agency is in the process of developing a Master Plan and Development Strategy for 78 acres of land surrounding the St. Charles Redmond Medical Center, bounded by Maple Avenue, US Highway 97, the Northern “Y” and Business 97.
The purpose of this effort is to stimulate and attract private investment and employers while improving the community’s quality of life. After an initial presentation of the Draft Master Plan and Development Strategy there will be a facilitated discussion during which interested members of the public can share their thoughts and suggestions.
