LUVS Donuts Leases space at The Oxford Hotel in Downtown Bend

Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Inc. announced that Luvs Donuts has leased 1,721 square feet, the former High Desert Art Gallery space, at The Oxford Hotel on NW Minnesota Avenue.

Owner and Founder Travis Wren of Bend explained that this is the first store he’s opened and is in the process of getting the website up and opening the store this spring.

Wren said he’s had a great experience working with Edmund CP Wadeson of the Oxford Hotel Group.

“We are proud to have leased the suite to a food based business that will compliment 10 Below restaurant while adding to the success that the Oxford Hotel already experiences in downtown Bend,” said Brian Fratzke, CCIM, principal broker.

Fratzke and Jeff Reed, Broker with Fratzke Commercial represented the landlord.
