On November 21, Brian Rankin, Principal Planner with the City of Bend, will present information on the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) Expansion – a project that will create a plan for new neighborhoods and commercial areas, parks, schools, and public infrastructure in Bend, for the next 20 years.
