Criswell is a member and chair of Ball Janik LLP’s bankruptcy and creditor rights group, is a member of its Real Estate practice group, and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. His principal areas of practice are business bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, loan workouts, insolvency, and real estate.Gardner is a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and creditor rights practice group, which serves clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.

His principal areas of practice include representation of regional commercial banks and credit unions in creating specialized commercial loan documentation, negotiating and documenting commercial loan workout agreements, creditors’ rights enforcement and litigation, corporate financial restructuring, and representation of parties in business bankruptcy proceedings.The Risk Management Association (rmahq.org) is a not-for-profit, member-driven professional association serving the financial services industry.
