Ideal Weight Loss

After opening her doors this July, owner Katie Davis has been steadily helping Central Oregonians lose weight and regain their health.  Davis’ clients have lost over 1,000 pounds by adhering to the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method, and that doesn’t include Davis’ personal transformation, a stunning 85 pound loss.

Davis is a registered nurse with 11 years experience in hospital and surgery center medicine. Like many of her clients, Davis had battled being overweight for some time.  She tried many programs without success before being introduced to Ideal Protein by her family in Fairbanks, Alaska.  Her parents’ success on the program sparked Davis to try it herself; her own success on the program sparked her to open her business and share the benefits of this program with others.

Originally developed for Olympic athletes in France over 25 years ago by an MD, PhD the Ideal Protein Method is designed to effectively protect muscle mass while losing fat.  It is a program designed to take the fat off as quickly as possible without health risks.  The Ideal Protein Method can only be administered by health care professionals and is not sold over the internet.

Davis uses a Body Composition Analyzer developed by Johns Hopkins University to monitor and verify that her clients are indeed losing fat instead of muscle.

What do her clients have to say about the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method? Connie D. says “I’m 57 and feel for the first time that I am on the right track.  I am down more than 60 pounds, but my doctor is even more excited about my recent annual blood work.  My cholesterol went from 214 to 146, triglycerides from 144 to 85, LDL from 144 to 87, glucose from 110 to 96, and my blood pressure from 127/92 to 110/76!  I truly like eating the IP products and Katie’s clinic is the best!”

Davis offers free educational seminars on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6pm. Attendees can learn more about the program, sample Ideal Protein products and receive a free Body Composition Analysis.
