Anyone with aging family members, or who knows someone taking care of an elderly or disabled adult, were welcome at the recent Open Arms Open House and Health Expo. The event highlighted senior care community partners and service providers and included activities (such as a Red Cross Blood Drive), educational resources and tours of the Open Arms facility.

Open Arms is a state-of-the-art care center serving families with comprehensive memberships for adults needing care and affordable relief for caregivers, weekdays between 8am and 5:30pm. Open Arms provides a hybrid approach to a leading, nationally-recognized adult care alternative that gives its members the most complete care available: mind, body and spirit. In an ideal alternative daytime environment outside the home, members can be nurtured, stimulated and provided medical care. Unlike other options, Open Arms will focus on preventative care as well as support, counseling and free education for caregivers. Only Open Arms will provide full-time, in-house Registered Nurse (RN) observational care to ensure a strong assurance of safety, monitoring, emergency care and education.

“You can enjoy life with the peace of mind that your loved one is receiving the best possible preventative healthcare, nutrition, social enlightenment and safety,” says Open Arms CEO and Founder, Michael Griffith. “We also provide several levels of support and FREE educational resources to help caregivers. Join us on one or all of our open house health expo events and find out more about how we can help your family have comprehensive, affordable daytime care for your loved ones.”
