Join Bend Endurance Academy and the Bend Community April 25-27 at The Pavilion for the first ever Bend Bike Fest (BBF), produced by Bend Endurance Academy. The BBF is the new event home of the legendary Bend Bike Swap from years past. Consign your new/used gear and bikes, browse a selection of local businesses and nonprofit vendors, enjoy live music, food, and drinks. Stay for the games and awesome raffle prizes, all throughout the weekend!
The overarching goal of the Bike Fest is to foster a strong sense of community by connecting individuals with Bend’s outdoor lifestyle while advancing the mission of Bend Endurance Academy. Funds raised during this event will directly support the non-profit mission of increasing accessibility to youth sports and recreation in Central Oregon.
Admission is FREE for this event, but a donation at the door gets you a raffle ticket!
Volunteer Call:
Gearing up for first year of this event, Bend Endurance Academy is looking for volunteers to assist with various roles during the weekend to make it a success!
As a thank you for your time:
- VIP volunteer-only shopping hour, peruse the sale before the public!
- Food and drinks provided on the training day April 25!
- Other festival perks!
The Bike Fest is looking for volunteers to help with:
- Event setup and teardown
- Item registration and check out
- Bike swap assistance/questions
- Festival activities

All levels of experience welcome, the Fest has a job for you! Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or the whole day, your help will ensure the weekend festivities run smoothly and everyone has a great time.

Gear Registration:
Hoping to sell your items at the swap? Pre-register all items ahead of the swap via the link below. Online item pre-registration will close on April 23 at 12pm PST. Bring your checked-in items on Friday April 25 to The Pavilion from 1-6pm.
