Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) (Fluor) and NuScale Power Corporation (NYSE: SMR) (NuScale) recently announced that they have reached an agreement regarding the conversion and monetization of Fluor’s remaining stake in NuScale, and have agreed to certain economic and other terms.
