Tumalo Basin Sewer District (TBSD) is accepting applications to fill one open position on its board of directors.
The appointee will serve the remainder of Martha Gross’s Position #2 term, which expires June 30, 2027. Martha Gross resigned from the board position effective April 30, 2025.
The TBSD Board of Directors is comprised of five Board Members. Each member is elected by the registered voters of the district to serve a four-year term. Applicants for the vacant position must be registered voters who either reside or own property within the district’s boundaries.

About Tumalo Basin Sewer District:
Tumalo Basin Sewer District (TBSD) was officially formed in August of 2024. The first elected Board of Directors took office January 1, 2025.
The area expected to be reasonably served, initially, by this district is north of Hwy. 20, South of Tumalo Road, and west of the Deschutes River.
TBSD is actively seeking funding for preliminary engineering and a fiscal sustainability plan.
