The City of Redmond will implement a full closure of the intersection at NW 19th Street and NW Maple Avenue beginning Thursday, August 27, through Friday, September 4, 2026. The closure is necessary for reconstruction of the pavement in conjunction with the NW 19th and NW Maple Traffic Signal project.
The City would like to thank drivers in advance for their patience during this necessary period of disruption. Signed detour routes will guide motorists around the closure, and local access will be maintained for residents and businesses within the closure area. Drivers are encouraged to give themselves extra time to reach their destination and to use alternate routes whenever possible.
The NW 19th and NW Maple Traffic Signal Project is an investment in safety in this growing section of the City of Redmond. Construction began in summer 2026 and is expected to continue through winter 2026. The City appreciates the community’s understanding as this important safety improvement moves forward.
