COCC’s Small Business Management Program gives local business owners practical guidance, peer support and one-on-one advising to tackle real challenges, sharpen strategy and move forward with confidence.
Participants receive practical business education, peer support, and guidance focused on the day-to-day realities of running a business.
The program is unique in that owners will spend time working on a specific goal for their business (not just learning theory) over nine months.
Running a business can feel lonely, but growing one shouldn’t.
