Central Oregon Veterans Ranch invites the community to Oregon Remembers, an inaugural three-day gathering centered around the Oregon Memorial Traveling Wall. Guided by the theme “Honoring the Fallen. Serving Those Who Served,” the event offers an opportunity to remember those who died in military service, honor the families who carry their memory, and strengthen connections between veterans and the broader community.
On Saturday, October 24, from 10am-3pm, the Ranch will host a Veterans Resource Fair featuring 15+ organizations providing services, resources, and opportunities for connection. A special remembrance ceremony will take place at noon, with keynote speaker Captain Jenn Donahue, U.S. Navy (Ret.).
Visitors are also invited to experience the Memorial Wall and the S.S. Redside submarine replica, a pumpkin patch, connect with local veterans and community partners, and enjoy a welcoming day at the Ranch.
Oregon Remembers is open to everyone, not just veterans and military families. The event reflects the belief that honoring service is a responsibility and an opportunity shared by the entire community.
Location: Central Oregon Veterans Ranch, 65920 SW 61st St., 97703 (between Bend and Redmond)
