Keynote speaker Jay Henry currently serves as the Chairman & CEO of The James Marshall Group (JMG) with a mission to bring about change to the healthcare industry.
Before JMG, Jay served as CEO of hospitals and health delivery systems ranging from $25M to nearly $1B in annual revenues, including St. Charles Health System.
He will be speaking both from his perspective as a CEO who led multiple turnarounds and from his time as an entrepreneurial CEO and consultant.
