This new sandwich launched this week marries Togo’s premium hand sliced pastrami with special Boom Boom Sauce from Ken’s Foods, a creamy blend of fiery chili peppers with a hint of garlic. The Boom Boom Pastrami comes with melted pepper jack cheese, and pepperoncini’s, all toasted on Classic White bread.
“Americans are all about spicy foods, so we created the Boom Boom Pastrami to kick up the heat on our best-selling sandwich,” said Renae Scott, chief marketing officer at Togo’s. “When we tested it with Togo’s fans during July, they gave it the best ratings we have ever received on a new sandwich.
