Robert Krohn, an Oregon licensed principal broker and a consultant has formed Northwest Properties & Investment Services, LLC. (NPI).
The firm will specialize in commercial real estate transactions, individualized property investment planning and project design/development consulting services.
Krohn is an Oregon native and Bend resident. He has been with Kerr Commercial Group in Bend for the past 11 years. In addition to a diverse formal education (holding a master’s degree with additional graduate level course work in finance, securities law, contract law, public housing management and land use planning), he has been in the investment and development, commercial and residential real estate and construction industry for over 30 years.
Krohn has coordinated multi-property assemblages, business acquisitions and dispositions, created and managed small and large commercial and residential developments from design/entitlement phases through the management of construction.
He has extensive commercial real estate sales & leasing experience, working with national and international corporations such as Wal-Mart, Consolidate Electrical Distributors, Familian/Ferguson Enterprises, Edward D. Jones, Flexxon Operating, and others. He has successfully represented property owners and investors throughout Oregon, as well as other parts of the Northwest, including clients from Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming.
The primary focus of Northwest Properties & Investment Services will be to provide personalized and confidential, hands-on boutique-level services tailored to the needs of a select client base made up of individuals, families/trusts, and small group property investors and developers explains Krohn.
“While it will provide all the normal commercial brokerage services (i.e. servicing listings and coordinating property sales & leasing), NPI will not have as its primary target accumulating a large number of listings or joining in the competition for the most signs,” says Krohn.
NPI will include consulting services related to highest and best use of a property to meet client and community needs and maximize value, income property investment planning and strategizing services, project concept development, initial design assistance and land use planning including coordination of gaining entitlements and property investment portfolio building and diversification services.
“While the company is located in Bend and certainly will prioritize building a strong local/regional client base, services will be provided to clients and involve property investments throughout the Northwest,” adds Krohn.
