River Float Tube Rentals Now Offered from Riverbend Park
Sun Country Tours is now offering river float tube rentals, along with stand up paddle board rentals and lessons, from its seasonal operation in Riverbend Park.
The hours of the Riverbend Park rental kiosk are from 10am-5:30pm daily through Labor Day.
The Ride the River shuttle service from Drake Park back to Riverbend Park is being offered by Cascade East Transit for $3 per passenger. Midway through the float from Riverbend Park to Drake Park, directional signs will help floaters exit the river on the left-hand riverbank before the Colorado Avenue Bridge. More signage will guide floaters for a short walk to McKay Park, where they will re-enter the river from the beach.

“Floating the river from the Old Mill to Downtown is an iconic Bend experience that both locals and visitors both enjoy,” said Sun Country Tours Marketing Director Michelle Mercer. “We support the efforts of Bend Park and Recreation District to make floating the river even more enjoyable.”
Sun Country Tours provides professional grade float tubes, and two-hour rentals are offered at $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 12
and younger.
