Local business owners will be able to attend a Round Table Discussion on Selling to Customers Outside the U.S. in Bend on Friday October 21, from 8:30am-12pm. The morning will be of interest to any company which has considered that selling to customers outside the U.S. is a natural next step for business growth. The event is free of charge and light refreshments will be served.
Among other things, the discussion will provide an opportunity for participants to:
- Learn about similarities and dissimilarities of selling in the U.S. and to customers outside of the U.S.
- Explore why selling to customers outside of the U.S. could be right for a company
- Share thoughts on selling in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.
Presenter Tammy Marquez-Oldham is the director of the OSBDCN Global Trade Center and it is her mission to demystify global trade. Co-presenter David Kohl brings his understanding of diversity and cultures to his work in advising small businesses how to sell outside of the U.S.
