Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces its merger with Equity Growth Management, LLC, owned by John Keba of Bend.
The merger brings together two Central Oregon property and asset management businesses, creating a portfolio of nearly 1 million square feet in managed property.
Keba joins Compass Commercial as its eighth partner.
“We are extremely excited about this merger,” said Gardner Williams, president of Compass Commercial. “At Compass, we are constantly searching for ways to improve our high level of client-oriented services. Blending John’s talents with our own staff specialties will allow us to develop new business relationships and strengthen current ones.”
Keba has a diverse 25-year background managing a nationwide portfolio of commercial properties. His experience includes providing supervision of commercial real estate services, property development, advisory services, property repositioning and asset management.
Keba holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s in finance from the University of San Diego. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a State-licensed real estate broker in Oregon. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), with the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification.
Along with Keba, Krista Polvi will join the Compass Commercial team as a regional property manager specializing in office, industrial and retail properties, as well as commercial association management. Polvi is a CPM candidate.
