The Central Oregon beer market received another competitor as the Three Creeks Brewing Co. announced it turned on its taps and is now serving pints in downtown Sisters from 11am to 11pm seven days per week.
Three Creek Brewing Co. is housed in a 6,000-square-foot facility next to the downtown movie theater, and includes a full restaurant, a 10-barrel brewing system, an outdoor patio and an expansive indoor seating area, including a rustic-looking bar.
Three Creek Brewing Co. is starting off with three beers — Knotty Blonde, Old Prospector Pale, and 8 Second IBA (India Black Ale) — concocted by former Lucky Lab Brewer Dave Fleming. Information: 541/549-1963.
