Every Idea Marketing (EIM), a full-service branding, marketing and communications firm in Bend, is celebrating its 20TH year anniversary. Founder/Principal Wendie Every says that the agency takes a clear stance as a partner”with its clients, building foundations of growth with companies such as Kobe Beef America, Newport Avenue Market, Dave’s Killer Bread, Rohrer Manufacturing Eastlake Framing and many others.
Every Idea was founded in 1991 by Every as a team of three. The agency’s first major client was Air Life of Oregon, helping them launch what soon became the most successful membership driven air medical transportation program in the country. This niche introduced the agency to nine other medical facilities across the nation to develop, brand, strengthen and market their individual air medical trans-port programs.
As insurance restrictions limited transport program support, the agency changed focus and began to diversify, bringing new life to a variety of companies in diverse industries, including clients such as COCC, Pepsi, Tumalo Farms Cheese, to name a few. By 2005, the EIM team grew to consist of nine members.
Over the past six years, the agency has immersed itself in new media strategies and campaigns, including social media, e-commerce websites with content management applications and web-based platforms, search engine optimization, and public relations for its clients.
Every says that EIM has revolutionized its integrated approach by ensuring clients are emerging to their full potential. For example, the development and implementation of Newport Avenue Market’s FoodeFlash Card program, which has allowed them to offer customers efficient checkout and year-end cash rewards. Allowing the market to produce record sales and build customer loyalty. In 2010, the team at EIM was rewarded by a long-time client, Rohrer Manufacturing, for their marketing leadership which led to a 10- 20 percent growth in their company each year for the past ten years.
Today, the agency represents many small and large brands helping them grow organically using a precise combination of research, strategy, and absolute creativity to grow with the 21st century.
Every has been an integral part of the Central Oregon community over the past 20 years, supporting many important causes including establishing and helping to raise $50,000 for CAN Cancer and establish Taproot of Redmond. She has also served as a board member for AdFED Central Oregon, State Board for Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon, Bend Chamber of Commerce and Redmond Executive Association. She was also honored by her peers in 2003 with the American Advertising Silver Medal Award and featured in Women in Business in 2004 from the Bend Bulletin. EIM has been honored with a Chamber President’s Award and Small Business of the Year by the Bend Chamber of Commerce in 1994, and has received national and local advertising and design awards every year for the past 20 years. They have also been recognized with several business awards, as well as individual awards, for their team’s accomplishments.
“I am thrilled to celebrate the success of our agency over the past 20 years and dedicate my appreciation to our passionate team,” adds Every.
