David Ditz and Jerry Mitchell announce the formation of True Adams Company, an Oregon corporation established to provide a broad spectrum of project planning, predevelopment and development management services to the land development industry throughout the
Pacific Northwest.
In forming this new venture, Ditz and Mitchell each bring in excess of thirty years’ experience in land, infrastructure and building planning and development. Ditz was recruited to Bend in early 2009 to assume day-to-day direction for the acquisition of development entitlements for the initial 300 acres of the City of Bend’s Juniper Ridge project, a mixed-use, master-planned community totaling 1,500 acres. Mitchell served as the City’s staff development manager for Juniper Ridge from 2006 through the end of 2010.
The firm provides a broad range of land development and infrastructure related consulting services, including due diligence for site selection and acquisition, “highest & best use” analysis, conceptual design management, project budgeting and scheduling, comprehensive proforma development and financial analysis, acquisition of development entitlements, project team assembly and management, and construction management.
The firm is also experienced in the development and administration of public-private partnerships, urban renewal plans, and associated project
funding mechanisms.
