As part of a state wide initiative – The New Face of Farming, which aims to enhance the economic viability of agriculture through an improved land use program.
1000 Friends of Oregon is working with farmers, ranchers and other agricultural producers around the state to update the state’s land use laws to ensure that our agricultural producers can continue to earn meaningful livelihoods.
The launch of this new initiative is happening October 25 at the Redmond Public Library.
