In today’s complex community environment, there are many difficult issues that homeowner associations face. Central Oregon Regional Council (CORC) of Community Associations Institute’s Oregon Chapter presents a series of comprehensive special seminars that provide specific resources and knowledge to homeowner and condominium boards of directors.
Experts at the upcoming April 28 one-day special seminar will go over the ins and outs of the board’s duties and how to deal with everyday community operations.
This year’s topics include: On the Grounds (caring for your common areas), Leadership Training and Risk management, plus many other topics. This incredibly interactive program is a highly recommended educational experience for new board members and directors, as well as a great refresher course for experienced homeowner association managers and leaders.
