With the recent completion of a multi-year, $20 million resort-wide renovation, Seventh Mountain Resort has once again positioned itself among the upper echelon of Central Oregon destination resorts.
And while the Resort celebrates its 40th anniversary as one of the region’s founding destination resorts, the property that many Northwest travelers grew up visiting has recaptured all of its original glory and more. From renovated guest rooms and building exteriors, to a new Adventure Center and reformatted dining experience, guests will discover a resort that has remained both true to its roots and forward looking in its vision.
“We took a close look at every aspect of the Resort and focused our resources on the areas that would have the greatest impact on overall guest experience,” said Chris Otto, general manager of Seventh Mountain Resort. “While our prime physical location and surrounding natural assets have never changed, we now have an overall product that is on par with the region’s top destination resorts in terms of value, services and amenities.”
Following is a list of renovation and expansion projects that were completed during the $20 million, multi-year process:
• Renovation of guest room interiors.
• Construction of new guest registration building.
• Renovation and expansion of conference center and meeting space.
• Renovation of Seasons restaurant and resort recreation center.
• Expansion and renovation of pools and hot tubs.
• Complete exterior renovation of 20 guest buildings.
• Landscaping in front of all guest buildings.
• Development of new recreation Adventure Center.
“Taken individually, every one of these projects represents a significant investment of resources and an important step in the evolution of Seventh Mountain Resort,” said Otto. “But as a whole they represent a complete renaissance, which is why we waited until the entire renovation was complete rather than roll each project out individually.”
