Prudential Northwest Properties, a real estate firm based in Portland with three offices in Central Oregon, will be adopting the new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand name. Prudential Northwest Properties is currently a HomeServices of America Inc. company, and one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in the Pacific Northwest.
HomeServices of America Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has partnered with Brookfield Asset Management to create a new franchise real estate brand, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The network of companies invited to carry the new brand name will exemplify the reputation of Berkshire Hathaway, one of America’s most admired companies.
The purchase of Prudential Real Estate by Berkshire Hathaway won’t result in any significant changes for Prudential Northwest Properties, aside from the eventual name change.
