COVID-19 and the Oregon wildfires have had a devastating effect on many families. Many people are struggling to meet their own basic needs and the needs of their beloved pets. This includes being unable to afford spay or neuter surgery. In the meantime, many dogs and cats may be having unwanted or unplanned litters.
