Intel’s Government Programs and Technology Innovation leader, Wilfred Pinfold, coined it as “intrapreneurship,” the ability to apply entrepreneurial thinking within any organization. Pinfold has studied innovation and helped Intel, among other organizations, foster a culture of employees who see things differently.
