New Home Community Grand Opening Event in Bend

Hayden Homes will introduce their newest community, Obsidian Ridge, to Central Oregon this weekend.

The Grand Opening celebration for Obsidian Ridge will take place Saturday, June 8 from 10am-5pm, with food, beverages and prizes. Prizes include the chance to win a family vacation to Disneyland, ticket giveaways and a $50 gift card to Fred Meyer. BBQ lunch will be provided by building partner, Parr Lumber.

Obsidian Ridge prices start at $180,000. There are several well-appointed home plans to choose from in this family friendly community located on the quickly-expanding east side of Bend.  This neighborhood features lovely views of the Cascade Mountains, is just minutes away from the hospital, and only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Bend.
