HOPE Food Bank, operated jointly by Bend Pet Express and Bend Spay and Neuter Project, is in need of pet food donations. Donation drop off sites include both
New or gently used collars and leashes, beds and toys are also accepted. HOPE Pet Food Bank is open the first Saturday of each month and has seen a huge increase in the number of clients in need over the past two months. HOPE Food Bank clients qualify based on their annual income in accordance with the standards for the Oregon Housing Assistance program. Qualified clients are eligible to receive enough food for one month for up to three pets.
Donations of cat and dog food and cat litter are greatly needed to help support this program. Open bags are accepted.
