On October 6, 2021, the Bend City Council adopted Ordinance NS-2423, approving text amendments to the Bend Comprehensive Plan and Bend Development Code.
The adoption of this ordinance is the final local decision for the project referenced below. The ordinance becomes effective on November 5, 2021.
