Live-stream Event will Honor & Celebrate Leaders in Central Oregon who are Committed to a Sustainable Future
Tickets are now available for the 2021 Sustainability Awards, taking place on November 4, 2021. Every two years, The Environmental Center hosts this event as a way to celebrate businesses, organizations and individuals who are helping to shape communities that meet human needs equitably, live within our planet’s ecological limits and build a prosperous economy for all — without compromising the ability for future generations to do the same.
New this year, the event will also feature a panel discussion with Central Oregon youth who are helping to advance a healthier future. Learn more about their leadership and ideas for a sustainable future in the places we call home.
The Sustainability Awards is offered at no cost to attendees; a suggested donation to The Environmental Center is encouraged.
What: The 2021 Sustainability Awards, featuring local champions of sustainability; hand-crafted awards by a local artist; and an engaging youth panel discussion.

The Environmental Center received close to 15 nominations for this year’s event. Winners will be announced during the event. Those being recognized are taking action, changing systems, collaborating on solutions and supporting their peers to do the same.
