Festival of Lights

The Old Mill District and The Chabad of Central Oregon invite all to come celebrate the beginning of Chanukah with the annual lighting of a giant menorah in the district’s Center Plaza this Sunday, December 18! Enjoy traditional Chanukah music, dance, food and fun – all denominations welcome. Festivities begin at 4pm

Letters to Santa

A special North Pole Mailbox is in SantaLand for a few more days! No postage stamp is required, but for children to receive a response, letters must be dropped off by this Sunday, December 18. Please remember to include the return address on the envelope, too. SantaLand is located between Evoke Winery and Avalon Salon & Spa in the former Simply Mac space at 330 Powerhouse Drive, Suite 120.

SantaLand is open to drop off letters from 11am to 5pm Friday through Sunday until December 18. It will also be open for kiddos to just visit with Santa and the elves Wednesday through Friday December 21- 23.

Tree of Joy

The Rotary Club of Greater Bend and Salvation Army are thrilled to have the Tree of Joy back in SantaLand in the Old Mill District this year. The Tree of Joy has gift suggestions for families in need. Simply grab a gift list from a branch and return the unwrapped present to SantaLand no later than THIS Sunday, December 18 to ensure the families will receive their items in time.

Sleigh Christmas Day

The Old Mill District is no stranger to the holiday hustle, and a few of the shops have extended hours to accommodate your holiday shopping goals. If you’re looking for a great meal or an entertaining escape on December 25, two of our favorite restaurants, Hola! and Anthony’s will both be open on Christmas Day, as well as Regal Cinemas ScreenX & IMAX.
