Dog Gone Run, 5K and 10K for Runners AND Their DogsSet for 9am, Saturday, June 14 the Dog Gone Run is a dog-friendly 5K and 10K run/walk in Redmond’s Dry Canyon, benefiting BrightSide Animal Center in Redmond. This is the ONLY race in Central Oregon designed for people AND their dogs.
Awards will be given to the three fastest male and female finishers with their dogs. There will also be age group awards for runners.Entry fee of $30 in advance, $35 after June 12, includes a T-shirt and a cool bandana for your dog.
PET RULES
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
• No retractable leashes allowed
• All dogs will require proof of rabies vaccination
• Please do not bring female dogs in heat
• Participants are expected to practice responsible pet ownership
• Use good judgment regarding the temperament of your pet
• Pets must be kept under control at all times
• One dog per runner
• Please come prepared to clean up after your pet
• Water will be available for all animals
• If your pet requires a separate drinking container, please bring one.

Advance registrations are due by June 12. Race day registration will be 7-8:45am at the Weigand Family Dog Park, 1500 W. Antler Avenue in Redmond.
