Members of Central Oregon Cities Organization (COCO) along with representatives from Governor Kotek’s Office, the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs; Deschutes River Conservancy; Central Oregon Land Watch; Deschutes County; Economic Development of Central Oregon (EDCO); Dept. of Land Conservation & Development (DLCD); Water Watch; North District Irrigation; Representative Ken Helm, Representative Mark Owens, Representative Emerson Levy, Representative Vikki-Breese Iverson; Central Oregon Irrigation District, and others are gathering to discuss groundwater policy issues that have been at the center of recent dialogue in Central Oregon.
