MountainStar Family Relief Nursery (MountainStar) announced its Tenth Annual Birdies 4 Babies (B4B) Golf & Gala Fundraiser, presented by Pahlisch Homes. This highly anticipated event will take place on August 16 and 17, offering two days of fun, excitement, and community spirit, all in support of MountainStar’s mission to prevent child abuse and neglect.
Event Details:
August 16: The festivities kick off with a Golf Tournament at the prestigious Broken Top Club in Bend, OR. This is a rare opportunity to play at this exclusive club, typically reserved for guests only. Participants can expect a challenging and enjoyable round of golf amidst the stunning scenery of Central Oregon.
August 17: The celebration continues with a Gala at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon. The evening will feature both silent and live auctions, providing guests the chance to bid on unique items and experiences. Following the auctions, attendees can dance the night away with live music from the Summer Groove Party Band.

Since 2001, MountainStar Family Relief Nursery has been dedicated to creating safe spaces for families and supporting parents in nurturing their children’s development. Proceeds from the B4B will directly support MountainStar’s child abuse prevention programs.

MountainStar Family Relief Nursery (mtstar.org) is a local nonprofit that provides child abuse and neglect prevention services for the most vulnerable children and families in Central Oregon. We are the only program in Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook Counties providing therapeutic classrooms, parenting education services, and family support targeted at protecting babies and toddlers who are at significant risk for abuse and neglect.
