The Prineville Crook County Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center invites the submission of proposals from qualified individuals and entities authorized to do business to submit a proposal to provide event coordination and project management for our First Annual High Desert Moonfest.

The High Desert Moonfest is an event focused on local heritage and will include vendor booths and entertainment within the Prineville and Crook County area, coordinating with organizations/partners for supporting events around the county, and planning this in conjunction with Candy Crawl.  The primary focus of this role will be Moonfest support.

Location: The festival part of this event is being held at Pioneer Park in Prineville, with partners coordinating other activities around the county.

Date: October 26, 2024

Time: The tentative hours of this event 11 am-5pm

Deadline for submission: Wednesday, September 4, 2024 by 4:30pm
