NewsChannel 21 will host a series of six live Decision 2024 televised debates in the coming weeks to help voters cast an informed ballot.
Starting with a debate between the two candidates for Deschutes County Sheriff on Monday, September 9, and ending with the first televised Central Oregon debate between the two candidates for Oregon 5th Congressional District, Republican Lori Chavez-DeRemer and Democrat Janelle Bynum, on Thursday, October 10, which will be an hour long.
All six debates will be aired on NewsChannel 21-KTVZ and streamed live on ktvz.com and the NewsChannel 21 app.
NewsChannel 21 Anchor Lee Anderson will moderate the debates and will be joined by other local journalists for the Oregon 5th Congressional District debate.
